Hello! I haven’t been on here in a while. I’ve been busy with work and my weekends are most often spent with family and loved ones. I decided to write a blog post (while eating White Chocolate Toblerone – better than the original one, if I must say) to unwind because it’s been such a long week.

It wasn’t even a busy week, it was just… Dragging. I found myself unmotivated while staring at my computer screen one day, hoping I was home and playing with my dog instead. It’s sad, really.

On a lighter note, I finally got to see my boyfriend again after what felt like eons. We had dinner at a burger place near his house last night where I happily devoured two tacos while Cesar had a burger. To top it all off, we also shared a hearty plate of nachos! Afterwards, it was settled that we will have to walk for quite a while to feel lighter from such a heavy meal! What a fantastic night, indeed.

Today, my sisters and I had to run a few errands. We’ve also been itching to go to the salon for weeks now. Weeks. So, we decided to finally go to one and got our hair cut. Mine is 3 inches shorter now! I almost backed out at the last minute, thinking it’s about damn time for me to grow out my hair again but I’m glad I didn’t listen to myself. I’m quite pleased with how it turned out! Now I’m not so sure whether to maintain the length but I guess that’s for future me to figure out.

It’s going to be a long week ahead, I can already tell. I already have my tasks lined up for the next few days and to be quite honest, it’s my fault for being complacent. I wish for more eventful and interesting days but most importantly, I wish to find the right inspiration to keep myself afloat.

Currently reading: a manga called Saint Young Men. It’s a comedic Japanese slice of life series on Jesus and Buddha living on the 21st Century. I’m highly enjoying this and I found myself laughing out loud for real quite a few times.

P.S. Yes, I know this entry is all over the place.

P.P.S. Today marks the first anniversary of my graduating from college! Wow, I’d like to say time flew by so fast but it has been a journey for me. I miss school.
