In case you needed to hear it too – we all need to be a little kinder to ourselves. We need to practice it until it becomes a part of our routine. It takes time. Even I am struggling to do it. It’s not easy.

Take it slow. Don’t worry, it’s okay.

I did this using my Intuos pen tablet. It’s my first time trying out this style! I didn’t realize it would be fun to work with my own handwriting. It’s just something that I rarely explored but honestly, I quite like it. I personally think the combination of dark blue and light pink is cute.

I will definitely try do more of this as it was therapeutic to unload and direct my attention to something else.
